Fundraising & money
How much does our program actually keep?
Half of the net profit on every order goes straight to your program — typically far more than the 10–15% a traditional spirit-wear vendor returns. On $5,000 in sales, that's about $2,500 to your program instead of ~$500.
When and how do we get paid?
We total your program's share and send a payout on a regular monthly schedule — no invoicing, no chasing. You'll get a simple statement showing orders and the amount earned.
Is there really no cost to start?
Correct. No setup fee, no subscription, no minimum order, no inventory to buy. We only make money when gear sells — which means our entire incentive is to design pieces your community loves and to sell more of them.
Are there minimums or quotas?
None. Sell three hoodies or three hundred — your program earns its half either way. Every item is made to order, so nothing rides on hitting a bulk number.
Getting started
How long until our store is live?
Most stores launch within about a week. We reach out within 24 hours of your form, design mockups in your colors over days 2–4, you approve, and we put it live around days 5–7.
What do you need from us?
Your school, colors, sport, and logo — about five minutes. The more you share (mascot, season timing, gear you'd love), the faster and sharper the designs. After launch, you do one thing: share the link.
Do we have to approve the designs?
Always. Nothing goes live until you give it a thumbs-up. It's your program's identity — we just make it look premium.

What kind of gear can we offer?
Hoodies, crewnecks, tees, hats, beanies, mugs, bottles, totes and more — chosen to fit your program and season. Everything is premium-leaning so families are proud to wear it well beyond game day.
How does sizing run?
True to size with a relaxed, premium feel. Every product page has a full size chart, and exchanges for fit are always free.
Shipping & returns
When will orders arrive?
Most orders are produced and shipped within 3–5 business days, with delivery typically 2–5 days after that. Buyers get tracking the moment it ships.
What's the return policy?
If something isn't right, we make it right. Returns and exchanges within 30 days are free and handled entirely by Swag School — never the program, never the coach.
Who handles customer service?
We do — every question, order, and exchange. Parents and coaches never field a support email.
