When will my order arrive?
Most orders are produced and shipped within 3–5 business days, with delivery typically 2–5 days after that. You'll get tracking the moment it ships.
How do sizing and fit run?
Our gear runs true to size with a relaxed, premium feel. Each product page has a full size chart, and exchanges for fit are always free.
What's the return policy?
If something isn't right, we'll make it right. Returns and exchanges within 30 days are free and handled entirely by Swag School — never the program.
How does the fundraising work?
Half the net profit from every single order goes straight to Summit Track & Field. No minimums, no envelopes — buy gear you love and the team earns automatically.
Who handles customer service?
We do. Swag School handles every question, order, and exchange so coaches and parents never have to lift a finger.
